Dispatch & Processing
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days. Delivery takes place Monday to Friday, excluding UK public bank holidays.

Delivery Timeframes
UK deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically between 5–15 working days. Please note that customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays outside of our control.

International Duties & Taxes
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes or handling fees upon arrival in their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Options
Available shipping methods, delivery costs and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Order Information
Once an order has been placed, changes to delivery addresses or customer details cannot be made. Please ensure all information entered at checkout is accurate.

Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges. In such cases, orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refused International Deliveries
If an international order is refused by the customer due to customs charges, import fees or taxes, the original shipping cost and any return charges incurred may be deducted from any refund issued.
