Dispatch & Processing
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days. Delivery takes place Monday to Friday, excluding UK public bank holidays.

Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery charges. In such cases, orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
