By placing an order with LOENA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms of purchase.


All sales are final.
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted unless explicitly stated otherwise.


Made to Order & Processing Times

Certain LOENA products are made to order or require additional preparation prior to dispatch.
Processing times outlined on the product page apply once an order has been placed and payment has been completed.


Sizing & Fit Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout.
LOENA does not accept responsibility for items that do not fit upon arrival.

We strongly recommend reviewing sizing information carefully and contacting us with any questions prior to placing an order.


Leather Characteristics

By purchasing from LOENA, you acknowledge that our products are crafted using genuine leather.

Natural variations in texture, grain, colour, and finish are inherent characteristics of leather and are not considered defects.
Product imagery is provided as a reference only, and slight variations may occur between individual items.


Product Condition

All LOENA leather products are carefully produced and inspected prior to dispatch.

Due to the natural properties of leather, minor variations or markings may be present and are part of the material’s character.
These do not affect the functionality or quality of the item.


Pre-Order Items

When purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the stated production or sourcing timeframe outlined on the product page.

During this period, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Once the item is ready, it will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible.

Refunds are not issued during the pre-order timeframe.


Combined Orders

If a pre-order item is purchased alongside an in-stock item:

UK orders may be dispatched separately.
International orders may be dispatched together once all items are available.


Order Cancellations

Requests to cancel an order must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted, and the order may proceed to processing.

Cancellation requests must be made via email or direct message.


Returns (If Approved)

If a return is approved in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, items must be returned in their original condition.

This includes:
– No signs of wear or use
– All original packaging and labels intact
– Items returned clean and free from scent

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restoration fee.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all returns information prior to sending an item back.
