Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
Size exchanges are the only option available.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaged as received.

SIZE EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us before returning the item to confirm availability.
All exchanges are subject to stock levels.
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:
• Your order number
• Supporting photos
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items for a size exchange.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of inspection.
